Extremely spicy and fruity with a ripe bell pepper aroma. Pleasantly smooth and sweet on the front with notes of artichoke. This small batch, red pepper fusion, carries a delayed but substantial heat component. Made with a higher percentage Cayenne peppers in late November/early December, this oil is very concentrated and has a delightful fruity aroma. Intense! Crushed with Organic Chemlali olives like our other Agrumato (fused) oils. Wonderful in soups, over roasted vegetables, in spicy aioli, on chicken & drizzled over roasted garlic and pasta.
